Terms of Service.

Reflex is operated by Reflex Advisory Group / Specular Marketing Systems.

We provide Google Ads management and related consulting services for automotive businesses, primarily auto detailing, paint protection film, window tint, vinyl wrap, ceramic coating and collision / body repair shops.

Reflex manages Google Ads campaigns, landing pages, conversion tracking, call tracking and related systems designed to generate qualified leads for your shop.

Specific deliverables, fees and engagement terms are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal signed before work begins.

You must provide view or admin access to your Google Ads account, Google Analytics and any other platforms we need to perform the work.

You are responsible for answering phone calls and responding promptly to leads generated by the campaigns.

You must maintain a minimum monthly ad spend as agreed in your proposal, paid directly to Google. Reflex does not mark up ad spend.

You own your Google Ads account, your Google Analytics property, your domain and your data. We build and manage campaigns inside your account.

If our engagement ends, you keep full access to your account, campaigns, tracking, landing pages and any assets we created for you.

Google Ads performance depends on factors outside our control: market demand, competition, seasonality, your pricing, your reputation and how quickly you respond to leads.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, revenue or return on ad spend. Past results for other clients do not guarantee future results for your shop.

Management fees are separate from ad spend and are set out in your signed proposal. Ad spend is billed directly by Google to your payment method.

Late payments may result in pausing work or campaigns until the account is current.

We take one shop per 25-mile radius for each primary service category. We will not run competing campaigns for another shop in your protected territory.

Territory protection applies only to the service category and geography covered by your active agreement.

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the terms in the signed service agreement.

Upon termination, we will transfer any remaining access or assets to you and you retain ownership of your accounts and data.

Reflex is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption or other indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in management fees during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
