Who we are

We ran a shop. That's the whole difference.

Reflex is run by a working shop owner who built his own Google Ads account from scratch — because the agencies pitching him had never booked a ceramic coating job in their lives.

I own and operate Fanatic Detailing in Tucson, Arizona. I've been detailing vehicles for nine years. In June of 2026 I started Reflex because I kept watching good shops lose high-ticket work to competitors with worse installs and better ads.

The agencies I talked to quoted retainers to run generic campaigns. None of them knew what a full-front PPF job is worth, or why a ceramic coating lead behaves differently than a $150 interior detail, or that most of these inquiries come in as a phone call and not a form. So I built Fanatic Detailing's Google Ads account myself — campaign structure, keyword intent research, Quality Score work, conversion tracking, call tracking, the whole system.

It worked on my own shop first. Fanatic became the testing ground: every strategy gets proven with our own money before it touches a client's account. Current partners include Clear Choice Designs, a PPF and vinyl wrap shop.

That's the difference. We are not marketers who found a niche. We ran a shop. We know what an empty bay costs, what a booked PPF job is worth, and how to make the phone ring with the right kind of customer.

What we believe

Four rules we don't break.

01

Bookings are the only metric

Clicks and impressions are inputs. We report on qualified leads, booked jobs and return on ad spend. Nothing else pays the rent.

02

One shop per territory

We take a single client inside any 25-mile radius. Your keywords never get used against you by another Reflex client.

03

You own everything

Your Google Ads account, your data, your campaigns, your tracking, your landing pages. Spend goes straight to Google — we never mark it up. If we part ways, you keep it all.

04

Tested on our money first

Every tactic runs on Fanatic Detailing's account before it runs on yours. We don't experiment with client budgets.

Not a fit

  • Businesses outside automotive service
  • Anyone wanting a one-month trial
